PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker apparatus appropriate to low profile promotion required in an on-vehicle audio system or the like. SOLUTION: The invention is related to a speaker apparatus with connection terminals 31, 31 for electrically connecting to an outside of a speaker, an axis line C of the connection terminals being arranged along a tangential line direction of a circumference of the speaker, the connection terminals 31, 31 being not projected to an outer side in a diameter direction of the speaker from a speaker frame 35.
