A press bending device and a bending method using the same are provided to easily separate the pipe from the press part when a press part is moved to an upper side after processing a pipe, prevent an outer portion of the pipe from being damaged by a pressing plate and fixed plates, and reduce manufacturing cost and maintenance and repairing costs by simplifying structure of the device. A press bending device comprises: a jig part(10) having jig plates(16), a placement part(17), and a supporting plate(p); and a press part which is formed at an upper side of the jig part, and has a first gradient face(21), a pressing plate(22), fixed plates(24), and a vertical moving cylinder(25), wherein first and second supporting holes(15a,15b) into which first and second clamping rods(14a,14b) are inserted, first and second fixing holes(19a,19b) formed at one sides of the supporting holes, and clamps clamped to the fixing holes are oppositely formed in the jig plates of the jig part, first and second supports(13a,13b) having first and second elastic springs and first and second clamping holes(12b) are oppositely formed between the jig plates, and first and second gradient faces(21,23) formed in a round shape on the fixing plates of the press part.
