A planet carrier is provided to reduce weight and improve fuel efficiency by integrating a carrier plate of a first planet carrier and a carrier cup of a second planet carrier. A planet carrier includes a first planet carrier(11) and a second planet carrier(13). A first pinion shaft is formed to drive the first planet carrier. A second pinion shaft is formed to drive the second planet carrier. The first planet carrier includes a carrier plate(15) having a first/second loading holes(17,19) where the first and second pinion shafts are loaded. The second planet carrier includes a carrier cup which is coupled with the carrier plate of the first planet carrier.
