<p>A method for preparing a foamed product with skin, comprises the following steps: fixing a plastic skin in a mould at first, subsequently filling some baolilong foaming particles and hot air with pressure in the mould together until the forming cavity in the mould is filled up with the baolilong foaming particles. The temperature of the hot air is high enough to cause heat-fusing on the surfaces of the baolilong foaming particles and the inner face of the plastic skin. Therefore the foamed product obtained from the foregoing process comprises the plastic skin and a baolilong core, wherein the core is formed from the baolilong foaming particles which are bonding together without gaps, and the surface of the baolilong core is bonded with the inner face of the plastic skin without gaps. Also a foamed product is obtained from the foregoing process.</p> |
