PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive polymer coating material excellent in every properties of electrical conductivity, heat resistance and film formability and to provide an electrically conductive coating film. SOLUTION: The electrically conductive polymer coating material comprises aπ-conjugated electrically conductive polymer, a mixture of polymers for solubilization and a solvent wherein the mixture of polymers for solubilization comprises a first polymer for solubilization and a second polymer for solubilization and the ratio (M1/M2) of a mass average molecular weight M1of the first polymer for solubilization to a mass average molecular weight M2of the second polymer for solubilization is 2 or more.
