PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray inspection device constituted so as to display an input screen, capable of grasping operation content intuitively in a case ready to execute arithmetic operation or logical operation using an X-ray image. SOLUTION: The X-ray inspection device 1 has a function using the X-ray image to perform the image processing of arithmetic operation or logical operation with respect to the X-ray image and includes an operator input part 62 for inputting the kind of operation to be executed and an operation input image display control part 34 constituted so as to display an operation formula input screen on which an operator input part 62 for inputting the kind of operation to be executed and an item input part 61 for inputting the X-ray image becoming the operation target are displayed so as to constitute the operation formula to accelerate the input of the kind of the operation and the X-ray image.
