PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform proper load distribution robust in failure, promptly responding to processing requirement by making computers on a network autonomously perform the load distribution without preparing dedicated hardware such as a load balancer. SOLUTION: Each the computer 100 acquires RAS information 102 of itself, transmits it the other computers 100, receiving the RAS information 102 from the other computers 100, stores it in a main storage device (or an auxiliary storage device directly connected to itself) together with the RAS information 102 of itself, and performs the load distribution in reference to the RAS information 102 of the main storage device of itself when receiving task requirement from a client 200.
