<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the worsening of engine startability by preventing the lowering of fuel pressure due to fuel injection after a key switch is off. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel supply device for an internal combustion engine discriminates whether fuel injection by a fuel injection valve is finished or not when the key switch is off. The device keeps on feedback control of a fuel pump in accordance with target fuel pressure until discriminating that the fuel injection is finished, and stops drive control of the fuel pump at the time when discriminating that the fuel injection is finished. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
