PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially-stretched resin film in which the generation of a rainbow pattern is inhibited in the inspection of a crossed Nichol method. SOLUTION: The biaxially-stretched resin film comprises a layer containing a polyethylene terephthalate-based resin (A) and a layer containing a syndiotactic polystyrene-based resin (B) alternately overlying into five or more layers, wherein the birefringenceΔP in each direction of 0°, 45°, 90°and 135°is 0.05 or less. Further, the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value in the birefringenceΔP in each direction of 0°, 45°, 90°and 135°is preferably 0.01 or less. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
