<p>Device (1) has a connecting mechanism, which has a screw catheter that dilates at its distal end and is movable into feed catheter (7) by turning a screw thread into the first tissue lobe (5) close to feed catheter, in usage condition. The pulling catheter is designed with a screw coil as screw catheter serving for pulling second tissue lobe (6) at the first tissue lobe. The screw coil is movable inward through the first screw catheter and its screw coils are turned into the second tissue lobe away from the pulling catheter. A suction tube or hose is provided as pulling catheter, which is movable through the screw catheter and its screw coil and through a puncture opening in the first tissue lobe facing the pulling catheter up to the second tissue lobe and is connected to a low pressure source with its proximal end. This suction tube as counter electrode is connected to a high frequency voltage source or to a high frequency generator.</p> |
