摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for joining different metals in which, when different metals are joined by resistance welding, intermetallic compounds are prevented from generating in the welding process, an oxide film in the welding interface is removed and strong joining can be made, and to provide a strong joining structure of different metals made by resistance welding. SOLUTION: When galvanized steel material 1 and aluminum alloy material 2 are overlapped and resistance-welded to cause eutectic melt between zinc in a metal plating layer of the galvanized steel material 1 and aluminum, a bent part C is provided at least in either of the materials to be joined as a discharge promotion means for making it easy to discharge the oxide film, zinc, an eutectic molten metal and reaction products, etc. from a joined part.
