PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal lamp device for pedestrians that allows pedestrians to clearly recognize a walking prohibiting time while a signal for pedestrians is red, and a walking allowing time while the signal is green, and is capable of accurately indicating the indication timing by correcting the indication time for pedestrians based on an instruction giving signal lamp device for vehicles. SOLUTION: In the signal lamp device for pedestrians 100, a serial signal (SIO), a common signal (COM), a red indication lamp (PR) of the signal lamp device for pedestrians, a green indication lamp (PG) of the signal lamp device for pedestrians, and a yellow indication lamp (Y) of the signal lamp device for vehicles are inputted from a traffic signal control machine 1 (not illustrated).
