<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin component of high quality, for a writing utensil, which is less dimensional dispersion and stress bias. <P>SOLUTION: This synthetic resin component for a writing utensil is almost of a bottomed cylindrical shape with a peripheral wall part 10 and a bottom part 20, on the outer surface of which has an almost recessed molding gate part 21. Further, a projecting part 22 corresponding to the molding gate part 21, is formed on the inner surface of the bottom part 20, and a plurality of ribs 23 which continue from the projecting part 22 to the peripheral wall part 10, are radially formed. Besides, when this component is molded, a molten synthetic resin material runs into cavities corresponding to the projecting part 22 and the ribs 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
