PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cold and hot water service installation which can inject sterile air or oxygen into a drinking water with a compressor or a bomb and can prevent various germs from penetrating into a bottle and can clean the inside of the bottle by injecting sterile air or oxygen, which passes through a filter, into the drinking water and sending surplus air or oxygen in the bottle so that various germs are not mixed in the air layer in the bottle. SOLUTION: Air or oxygen can be dissolved in the drinking water just before drinking by sending air or oxygen with the compressor or the bomb to an air and oxygen injecting tank 11. Saturated air or oxygen is sent into a water receiving tank 2 to maintain a constant positive pressure in the air layer 10 in the water receiving tank so that various germs in air can not penetrate into the tank. In this case, since when the drinking water 9 is used, sterile air 10 in the water receiving tank is feeded in the bottle in accordance with used quantity of the drinking water, the inside of the bottle can be sanitary for a long time.
