PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the removal of a reinforcement collar from a bolt-insertion hole. SOLUTION: In the structure for reinforcing a bolt-insertion hole of a resin component, a reinforcement collar 10 made of a metal is fit around the internal periphery of a bolt-insertion hole 2 formed in a flange 1 as the resin component. On the peripheral edge of the bolt-insertion hole 2, a groove 5 is formed in the manner in which at least the peripheral-edge of the end of the reinforcement collar 10 is partly exposed.
