发明名称 NEW INDUCIBLE VECTOR SYSTEM IN CORYNEFORM BACTERIA
摘要 A novel induced expression system is provided to be usefully used for effectively expressing green fluorescence protein(GFP) in Coryne-form bacteria such as Corynebacterium glutamicum and Corynebacterium ammoniagenes. The promoter for induced expression is obtained by linking a Bacteriophage lambda(OL1) to a promoter having a nucleotide sequence described as SEQ ID : NO. 27(CJ1) derived from Corynebacterium ammoniagenes and has a nucleotide sequence described as SEQ ID : NO. 1(CJ10G), wherein the induced expression of protein is achieved by increasing temperature. The shuttle vector is able to be reproduced in Escherichia coli and Corynebacterium genus bacteria and includes the promoter for induced expression. The transformant is a microorganism selected from the group consisting of Escherichia, Brevibacterium, Corynebacterium, Serattia and Providentia genera, and includes the shuttle vector.
