Provided is a system for crystallization of sodium guanylate, which allows uniform purification of GMP used as a raw material for seasoning, and improves energy consumption efficiency and productivity. The system for crystallization of sodium guanylate comprises: an agitator(110) comprising sodium guanylate to be purified, a solvent(120) comprising methanol used as a reactant for purifying sodium guanylate and having a controllable solubility depending on the target solution to be crystallized, and an agitation bar for mixing the solvent; a Couette-Taylor reactor(150) for receiving a sodium guanylate solution(130) and the solvent, and generating vortex by varying the rotation speed of a cylinder to provide fluid stability and to produce a crystallized product; and a liquid pump(140) for controlling the flow rate of the sodium guanylate solution and the solvent. |
