The structure has a hooking unit (20) with a hooking element (21) at its head, and a set of edge bands (30) connected to an end of a curtain (11) and including a slit (31). An elastic element e.g. torsion spring, is placed between the set and unit (20). An articulated element joins the unit (20) to the slit and permits the unit (20) to form respective balancing angles in the slit with a horizontal line when an anti-dazzle screen device is in a position, and when the device is unfolded from the position. The one angle is approximately 15 [deg], and the other angle is greater than the former angle.
