The device has an outer flat fold accessed and gripped to draw a bag e.g. shopping bag, above and to open the bag. The fold is maintained by a lower solder that act as a base of the bag, where overall thickness of the bag has same thickness as bellows of sides. The fold is formed in the middle of the sides of the bag during fabrication so that a finger locks the bag and draws the bag, where the bag is made of plastic and paper.
