PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add the optimal reaction force to a pedal in response to the amount of pedal operation. SOLUTION: The pedal reaction force control device is provided with a state amount detecting device for detecting the amount of a vehicle state, an operation amount detecting means for detecting the amount of pedal operation, and a reaction force control means for controlling a reaction force to the pedal on the basis of the amount of the vehicle state detected by the state amount detecting means and the amount of the pedal operation detected by the operation amount detecting means. The reaction control means switches a mode of the reaction force to a mode of the pedal according to the amount of the pedal operation detected by the operation amount detecting means.
