PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide components for preventing a fall of containers for drinking water, alcoholic beverages, health drinks and medical samples at earthquake. SOLUTION: A rubber component 1 having elasticity for absorbing the shaking of a container 3 therein at earthquake is made octagonal, and comprises a magnet 2 embedded in its bottom for connecting each article 3 to a store shelf board made of iron. The components 1 comprise magnets 2 embedded in all the octagonal side surfaces to be connected to one another from all sides and fixed to the iron shelf board by the magnetism of the magnets 2.
