<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption of a piezoelectric element driving circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric element driving circuit comprises a transistor and an auxiliary driving signal generating circuit. The transistor functions to amplify a reference signal input to a control terminal, to generate a main driving signal for activating a piezoelectric element, and to output the same from an output terminal. The auxiliary driving signal generating circuit has an LC resonance circuit in which an inductance is serially connected to a capacitor, and functions to generate an auxiliary driving signal by resonance of the LC resonance circuit, and to supply the auxiliary driving signal to a current supply terminal of the transistor, for amplifying the reference signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
