A transmitter/receiver composed of a detachable bone conduction loudspeaker and a detachable throat microphone, enabling clear conversation even if the user rides a bicycle and is present in a work environment when the user wears a helmet during work of construction or even if the user wears a mask, and having an excellent maintainability. The transmitter/receiver comprises a bone conduction loudspeaker (1) used for transmitting sound by using a bone-conducted sound and using a ceramic piezoelectric element, a throat microphone (2) used for picking up the sound vibration around the neck and using a ceramic piezoelectric element, and a connector (10) to which the bone-conduction loudspeaker and the throat microphone are connectable and which is provided with transmission lines for transmitting transmitted/received signals for conversation so as to perform signal processing.
