<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL (Electroluminescent) light-emitting element inhibiting a phenomenon repeatedly attenuating a large number of reflected waves without emitting a part of a light emitted from a light-emitting layer to the outside in order to improve an external quantum efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The organic EL light-emitting element A1 has an anode 2 and a cathode 4 as electrodes in which at least one has a light transmitting property; and an organic layer 3 formed as held between these anode 2 and cathode 4, and partially formed as the light-emitting layers 31. Photo-luminescent light-emitting materials 9a and 9b having no property of an electroluminescence and generating a fluorescence or a phosphorescence by the excitation of the light emitted from the light-emitting layer 31 are doped to at least parts of the regions 30 and 32 excepting the light-emitting layer 31 in the organic layer 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
