PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor material having regularity and crystallinity of high order, being stable, which allows a coating process. SOLUTION: The organic semiconductor material uses such compound as 6-20 aromatic rings of 5-member ring and/or 6-member ring are coupled, having a partial structure represented by a formula (1), with mobility being 1.0×10<SP>-3</SP>cm<SP>2</SP>/Vs or higher and ionizing potential being 4.8-5.6 eV in solid state. Here, in the formula, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>respectively represent hydrogen atom or organic radical of monovalence.
