PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch networks, even without using special communication applications. SOLUTION: A system is provided with computers 10A and 10B which have NICs 101 and 102 which are connection ports to LANs 11 and 12, and a routing table 404 registered with information entries that indicate either the NICs 101 or 102 is to be used, when conducting communication with a specified address. If troubles occur during the communications using the LAN 11 or a user directs network switching, information entry which indicates that the NIC 102 is to be used for communications with the address of the LAN 11 is added, at a position that is searched ahead of other information entries related to communications with the address of the LAN 11 in the routing table 404, in each of the computers 10A and 10B.
