<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge for housing a plurality of sheetlike optical disks in cassettes, and its recording/reproducing device. <P>SOLUTION: A cartridge 4 for separating and housing trays 6 carrying sheetlike optical disks 7 by a groove 5 is moved by a moving base 9, a target tray 6 is detected by a sensor 10, and hooked by a hooking mechanism 23 to be pulled out. Some trays 6 are left in the cartridge 4. The moving bases 19 and 28 are moved, and the optical disks 7 are fixed to a clamp 15 having a glass disk 16 of a spindle motor 14 attached thereto by a cap 26. The optical disks 7 are stuck to the glass disk 16 by a fluid dynamic, and recording/reproduction is carried out by a recording/reproducing part 17. During housing, the optical disks 7 may be returned to tray 6 and it may push into the cartridge 4 by the hooking mechanism 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
