METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING FUNCTIONAL IMPAIRMENTS OF GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT IN CHILDREN OF EARLY AGE WITH CONGENITAL ABNORMALITIES OF GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT

The method for diagnosing the functional impairments of gastrointestinal tract in the children of early age with the congenital abnormalities of gastrointestinal tract provides for the complex assessment of clinical and paraclinical parameters. Postoperatively, cytokine status is assessed, and in coprofiltrates glycosaminoglycans associated with the proteins of hexoses and microflora are assayed. The deviation of at least one parameter from the average age-related value is indicative of the functional impairments of gastrointestinal tract.
