<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data model and a processing system for a complex performance management report. <P>SOLUTION: A performance management system displays performance management data, and computed and aggregated metrics in a portfolio view. The performance management data flexibly calculate a standard value from elemental data, aggregate the data within and across hierarchies, and establish cross hierarchy performance management targets.
