<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal allowing viewing and listening without a sense of incongruity while being stably arranged for a user even when displaying laterally long image information or the like on the mobile terminal having a longitudinally long display part. <P>SOLUTION: An upper unit having the longitudinally long display part, and a lower unit are arranged in series when the upper unit is rotated around a first rotating shaft part and arranged in parallel when the upper unit is rotated around a second rotating shaft part by constituting a rotating shaft so that the first rotating shaft part and the second rotating shaft part are orthogonal to each other.
