<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal device having a structure capable of reducing a sticking deviation between a pair of substrates to the utmost. SOLUTION: A recessed part 20 formed at a part of a pixel contact hole 12 electrically connecting a drain electrode 11 and a pixel electrode 1 of a TFT on a TFT array substrate 7 and a projecting part 27 for preventing the sticking deviation between a pair of substrates, formed on a counter substrate 15, are engaged with each other.</p> |
