A process vessel, guide means therefore and a method of separation

A process vessel (66) and method for separating products from oil or gas wells are disclosed. The vessel has a solids outlet (30), and a number of eductors (60) positioned within and located generally at the bottom of the vessel. The eductors are arranged so that in use solids are moved along the bottom of the vessel towards the outlet. A guide means (4), such as a perforated plate, located above the eductors and in the lower third of the vessel is arranged to restrict upward flow of solids.
