PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a key to be surely pulled out from a keyhole, when the lock is returned to an off position (neutral position). SOLUTION: This lock device 1, for example, for security or the control of the operation of an equipment item undergoes an on/off operation by inserting the key 4 into the keyhole 3 of a device body 2 and turning the key 4. A push-out mechanism 5, which comprises a spring 9, a push pin 11, a guide cylinder 12, etc., is provided in the portion of the keyhole 3 inside the device body 2. When the key 4 is inserted into the keyhole 3, the spring 9 is contracted to exert a restoring force. When the key 4 is turned to an off side (neutral side), the key 4 is automatically pushed out from the keyhole 3. This prevents a user from forgetting to pull out the key 4.
