PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and effort required to set a channel of an electronic device with a tuner to be used by internally bringing in setting information written in an external recording medium. SOLUTION: A composition comprises steps of reading the setting information written in the external recording medium detachable from a device body in a setting information storage medium; and writing the setting information in the external recording medium used by the electronic device with a tuner which sets a channel received by a tuner unit to a channel corresponding to the input number, by referring to the setting information stored in the setting information storage means when the input number is input. The composition includes the input means 5 in which regional information indicating a region is input; and writes the setting information corresponding to the input regional information in the external recording media 61, 62, by referring to a database 18 which records the setting information corresponding to each region.
