PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device and its manufacturing method, and electronic equipment in which improvement in display property is attained by enabling each of organic EL elements to present best light emitting property. SOLUTION: An organic EL device 1 comprises a plurality of organic EL elements each of which comprises a pair of electrodes 111, 12 and a function layer 110 including at least a light emitting layer 150 provided between these electrodes. The configuration of a function layer 110 of one of the organic EL elements differs from configurations of function layers 110 of other organic EL elements at least regarding components other than the light emitting layer 150.
