The blade holder (6) supports the blade (1) on at least one supporting point (8), on the end opposing the cutting direction in the region of the blade point (2). It is penetrated by a channel (7) for the liquid, which merges into the supporting point (8), the blade (1), starting from the mouth of the channel (7), being provided with an open groove (9) that ends towards the bottom, in the direction of the blade point (2). |
