FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of module post assembling and producing module post unit being assembled according the method as disclosed by this invention. Module post assembling provides for using two or more hollow conical modules of post sections. Each module has the first open end and the second opposite end. Cross section area of the second end is less than that of the first section. Each module contains composite material produced as a result of reinforcing polymer impregnated fiber winding. As a result two- or more module sets are produced to form structure of extended module post having selected length due to mating second end of the first module with the first end of the second module. The first and second modules have different strength properties as a result of changing one or more composite material properties produced by winding fibers selected from: a) angle of reinforcing polymer impregnated fiber winding; b) ratio of reinforcing fibers number to polymer amount; c) sequence of reinforcing polymer impregnated fiber winding; d) number and thickness of reinforcing polymer impregnated fiber layers in composite material; e) composition of reinforcing fiber; f) composition of polymer; g) composition of additives in polymer, and h) combination of the above properties. The invention also discloses module post assembling set, extended structure of module post, set of post modules, hollow conical module to produce module post and system for extended module post assembling. ^ EFFECT: easy storage and transportation of post modules and production of light-weight, hard and durable structure of module post. ^ 31 cl, 1 tbl, 8 dwg |
