The present invention provides devices or implants that comprise anti- scarring drug combinations, methods or making such devices or implants, and methods of inhibiting fibrosis between the devices or implants and tissue surrounding the devices or implants. The present invention also provides compositions that comprise anti-fÊbrotic drug combinations, and their uses in various medical applications including the prevention of surgical adhesions, treatment of inflammatory arthritis, treatment of scars and keloids, the treatment of vascular disease, and the prevention of cartilage loss.
