<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular food coated with metallic foil, made from granulated sugar grains, common salt grains, rice grains, sesame grains or granular pellets, and having an almost whole surface which is thoroughly coated with metallic foil. <P>SOLUTION: This granular food coated with metallic foil is formed by adding a prescribed amount of alcohol or water to the aggregate of granulated sugar grains or common salt grains while stirring, charging metallic foil which is previously cut finely to a prescribed size into the product followed by stirring and mixing, spraying an aqueous solution of powder pullulan to the aggregate of rice grains or sesame grains, and charging metallic foil which is previously cut finely to a prescribed size into the product followed by mixing, and turning while pouring shellac into the aggregate of granular pellets, drying the shellac, pouring again shellac, and charging metallic foil which is previously cut finely to a prescribed size into the product followed by mixing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
