PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone set which transmits a received voice signal to both a receiver and a hearing aid, wherein when a user of the hearing aid uses the telephone set, the telephone set outputs the received voice signal to only the hearing aid. SOLUTION: The received voice signal outputted from a speech control section 7 is outputted to a speaker section 22 and a near field wireless communication section 23 of a handset 2 via switches 26, 27 respectively. When a user of the hearing aid 3 incorporating a near field wireless communication section 32 lifts the handset 2, the switch 26 is opened, and the switch 27 is closed resulting in that the received voice signal is outputted from the earphone 33 of the hearing aid 3 and not outputted from the speaker section 22.
