PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst calcium phosphate thin film having a high activity of the photocatalyst, high transparency in a substrate requiring the transparency of glass or the like, and high adhesion. SOLUTION: The photocatalyst comprises coating the substrate side with titanium dioxide and the surface thereof with an amorphous denseness calcium phosphate thin film on the surface of the substrate using a sputtering process.
