PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly extract, preserve and reuse user tastes particularly different in a season or the like in a user-taste extractor used for a program recommendation or the like. SOLUTION: The user-taste extractor has a processor 103 extracting a user-taste information on the basis of a program information 101 and the visual-aural history 102 of a user, and a user-taste storage 104 storing a taste information while being successively added in a time series on the basis of a time information acquired from a timer 106 contained in the taste information of the user. The user-taste storage 104 prepares tabulated taste information obtained by tabulating the stored taste information at every predetermined period, and stores the tabulated taste information. Further, the extractor is provided with a tabulated taste preserver 105 moving the tabulated taste information during a fixed period from the storage, and preserving the tabulated taste information when the fixed time passes.
