PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-shaped heat pipe that does not block a gas flow channel even when it is bent, and having high sealing performance and high reliability. SOLUTION: This sheet-shaped heat pipe 100 is composed of hydraulic fluid, a sheet-shaped partitioning plate 3 composed of a spacer 4 having a liquid flow channel 6 through which the hydraulic fluid passes, and the gas flow channel 5 through which vapor of the hydraulic fluid passes, and sealing portions 10A, 10B obtained by deforming a cylindrical sealing film 2 including the hydraulic fluid and the sheet-shaped partitioning plate 3 inside thereof, and having opening portions, into the sheet-shape, and sealing the opening portions at both ends of the sealing film 2, and the sealing film 2 has a layered structure of at least a metallic film 2B and resin films 2A, 2C, thus the sheet-shaped heat pipe 100 capable of reducing impairing of sealing performance can be achieved.
