发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCING FERROUS SINTERED COMPONENT
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the reliability in the point of the strength in a ferrous sintered component formed of raw material powder comprising copper powder and carbon powder by improving a sintering process for the ferrous sintered component, so as to reduce free copper in its structure, thus allowing each part to be uniformly quenched. SOLUTION: A ferrous sintered component is produced through: a preparation step of raw material powder where at least iron powder, carbon powder and copper powder with a particle diameter of≤65μm are blended; a compacting step where the prepared raw material powder is compacted, so as to produce a green compact; a sintering step where the obtained green compact is introduced into a soaking furnace, and is sintered at a soaking temperature of≥1,130°C for a soaking time of≥20 min, so as to be a sintered compact; and a heat treatment step for the sintered compact.
