TRANSMISSION CIRCUIT AND TRANSMISSION CONTROL DEVICE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave transmission circuit which easily changes a control function for the electromagnetic waves to be transmitted.

SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave transmission circuit 1 comprises: a micro strip line 10 in which a strip conductor 103 faces a planer conductor 102 across a dielectrics 101; and a plasma generating electrode 11 for generating plasma in the space where the electric field generated by the strip conductor 103 is distributed when the electromagnetic wave is propagated in the micro strip line 10. A plasma P is generated by the plasma generating electrode 11. The plasma P is functioned as a resistor or perfect conductor for the electromagnetic waves to be propagated. Hence, the control function for the electromagnetic waves to be transmitted is realized by the plasma P.
