PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component measuring instrument capable of reducing the usage amount of anisotropic conductive rubber, while securing measurement accuracy. SOLUTION: A measuring means 32 is provided with the anisotropic conductive rubber 24 for electrical connection of an electronic component 20, and measures a combined characteristic value U1 of the electronic component 20 and the anisotropic conductive rubber 24. A storage means 33 stores the characteristic value U2 of the anisotropic conductive rubber 24. A processing means 34 compares the combined characteristic value U1 of the electronic component 20 and the anisotropic conductive rubber 24, with the characteristic value U2 of the anisotropic conductive rubber 24, to find the characteristic value U3 of the electronic component 20, and analyzes the obtained characteristic value U3 of the electronic component 20 to determine the deteriorated state of the anisotropic conductive rubber 24.
