PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a caller who has telephoned during a session. SOLUTION: A key telephony system holds an outside line and a key telephone (extension telephone) equipped with a display. In the key telephony system in which an outside line telephone conversation and an extension telephone conversation by the key telephone are available. Information of the caller who has telephoned to the key telephone during the outside line session or the extension session is acquired.
