<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purified/enriched bone marrow cell-containing fraction for liver regeneration, derived from bone marrow fluid, which is capable of performing a liver regeneration therapy for a patient having no other effective treatment than hepatic transplantation, and further a safe and efficient bone marrow-containing preparation for the liver regeneration. <P>SOLUTION: This bone marrow cell-containing fraction for the liver regeneration is obtained from the bone marrow fluid by a simple operation with the combined use of an erythrocyte sedimentation agent and an enriching machine cell processor.
