PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light transmissive concrete building material having both characteristics of light transmissivity and a concrete construction material; and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: At least one light conductive unit 200 has the light input end, the light output end corresponding to the light input end and a side wall positioned between the light input end and the light output end. A concrete structure 300 covers the side wall of the light conductive unit 200, and exposes the light input and the the light output end. The concrete structure 300 determines a position of the light conductive unit 200, and can provide strength of the whole structure. When arranging the light conductive unit 200, all beams of light or a partial beam of light can be conducted to the other end from one end of the concrete building material by a physical phenomenon such as transmission, refraction and reflection.
