<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-way clutch built-in type pulley device which improves durability and a life span of the one-way clutch by increasing a grease enclosing volume, and prevents a moving amount of a roller from being blocked even if a grease enclosing volume inside the one-way clutch is increased. <P>SOLUTION: The one-way clutch built-in type pulley device comprises: a sleeve 11; a pulley 12 concentrically arranged with the sleeve 11 in the circumference with the sleeve 11; a one-way clutch 13 arranged between the sleeve 11 and the pulley 12; and a pair of support bearings 14a, 14b arranged in both sides of the one-way clutch 13 between the sleeve 11 and the pulley 12.
